There is a great story that was mostly overlooked here in the U.S. because of all the crybullies rioting around the country, celebrities backtracking on their claims of moving to Canada, and the mainstream media trying to get it’s collective empty head around the reality that they just got run over by the Trump train. And that story is about the spoiled little twerps at the European Union headquarters who called an emergency meeting to address Donald Trump’s election to the United States presidency.
Much like the idiot mainstream media talking heads, brain dead celebrities, and the shameful Never Trumpers here in the U.S. that are still trying to wrap their heads around the fact that they got their asses handed to them. The leaders of the European Union, who recently got their asses handed to them via the Brexit vote, felt it necessary to convene an emergency meeting to figure out what the heck just happened.
In this article from the Financial Times we read that the meeting was snubbed by Great Britain, France, and Hungary. Hungary’s foreign minister going so far as to label the EU leaders as “hysterical.”
Even more amusing is that former Swedish prime minister, Carl Bildt tweeted “If Trump wanted to look statesmanlike to Europe, receiving Farage was probably the worst thing he could [do]” … No, I say, it was the best thing Trump could have done to show the EU bureaucrats what side he is on. That he is on the side of the people tired of self-serving elites screwing up everything they touch, and ignoring the people’s cries the entire time.
But what is most telling about this article is how pompous and out-of-touch it proves the leaders of the European Union really are. They obviously live in the same bubble as the leaders of the Democrat party, the backstabbing establishment Republicans, and the bought and paid for mainstream media here in the United States. These pompous EU leaders and diplomats said it was a chance to “send a signal of what the EU expects” from president-elect Trump.
So … let me get this right, the same people who just had their asses kicked by the Brits, now want to tell president-elect Donald Trump what they “Expect” from him? Could they be any more disconnected from reality? Could they sound any more like butt-hurt buffoons? Could the do anything more to prove to the world that they are a soon-to-be obsolete band of worthless, power-hungry bureaucrats than they already are?
These self-important jackwagons need to pull their heads out of each other’s asses and face reality… The people don’t want unaccountable bureaucrats ruling their lives. The people love their national identities. The people don’t want their countries over-run by hordes of radical Muslims, and thankless refugees bent on turning their countries into third world hellholes. The people want to be free to be proud to be Americans, Britons, Frenchmen and Hungarians.
